Keith P. Arnold has listed for sale a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 12 W. Sandy Point Road in Poquoson for $385,000.

Arnold paid $342,000 for the property in December 2006. The 1,800-square-foot home was built in 1965 in York Haven Anchorage/Poquoson Shores. It is part of the York Haven Anchorage subdivision. Donna Magoon of Prudential Towne Realty is the listing agent.

Arnold serves as treasurer of the board of directors of the Hampton Arts Commission.
