Carissa R. Agnese bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 2 Roberts Circle in Poquoson from Steven P. Talley for $330,000 on Oct. 23.

The 2,818-square-foot home was built in 1984 in York Haven Anchorage/Poquoson Shores.

Agnese has served as a senior environmental compliance coordinator at Dominion Capital Inc., a Richmond-based producer and transporter of energy.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 103 home sales in Poquoson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $200,000.
