Engineering manager takes 5BD in Poquoson

Raymond L. Rainone bought a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 114 White House Drive in Poquoson from Nellie Mae Adams for $415,000 on Oct. 22.

The 2,980-square-foot home was built in 1973 in Powhatan Place.

Rainone is an engineering manager at Alcoa, a producer of aluminum.

He has a B.S. in engineering chemistry from the State University of New York-Stony Brook and an M.B.A. from Old Dominion University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 105 home sales in Poquoson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $222,000.
