York-Poquoson police make several arrests from June 11-17

The York-Poquoson Police Department reported several arrests and incidents from June 11 through June 17.

Wesley N. Kimrey, 18, was arrested on the charge of breaking and entering and grand larceny June 11.

Ashley Smith, 26, was arrested on the charge of assault and battery of a family member on the 1600 block of Victory Boulevard June 12.

Alexis N. Gauthier, 22, was arrested on the charge of concealment and price altering of merchandise less than $200 on the 700 block of East Rochambeau Drive June 12.

Jasmine N. Benbow, 19, was arrested on the charge of concealment, price-altering merchandise less than $200 on the 700 block of East Rochambeau Drive June 12.

Chad N. Harris, 21, was arrested on the charge of petty larceny June 13.

David F. Lassiter, 59, was arrested on the charge of driving under the influence and operating a motor vehicle-habit offender on the 2800 block of Route 17 June 13.

Brock R. Williamson, 20, was arrested on the charge of possession of marijuana June 13.

Charles Staples, 35, was arrested on the charge of stalking June 13.

A York-Poquoson juvenile was arrested on the charge of forcible sodomy on the 9300 block of Merrimac Trail June 14.

Ted N. Estes, 42, was arrested on the charges of breaking and entering, credit card theft and grand larceny on the unit block of Lincoln Street June 14.

James R. Zsoldos, 34, was arrested on the charges of destruction of property on the 100 block of Dolphin Drive June 14.

A York-Poquoson juvenile, 16, was arrested on the charge of concealment, price altering merchandise less than $200 on the 5800 block of Route 17 June 14.

Melissa N. Kondek, 34, was arrested on the charge of assault and battery of a family member on the 7800 block of George Washington Memorial Highway June 14.

Thomas N. Toguchi, 19, was arrested on the charge of defective equipment and the sale and distribution of more than a half ounce but less than five pounds of marijuana on the 100 block of Aberfeldy Way June 15.

Jauwan L. Holmes, 18, was arrested on the charge of concealment, price-altering merchandise less than $200 on the 800 block of Merrimac Trail June 15.

Devlon I. Badu, 51, was arrested on the charge of being drunk in public and using profane language on the 200 block of Barham Boulevard June 16.

Dylan H. Evans, 18, was arrested on the charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, being under 21 and driving after consuming alcohol, defective equipment, failure to wear a seatbelt and the unlawful purchase or possession of alcohol at the intersection of Victory Boulevard and Heavens Way June 16.

Melissa F. Miller, 24, was arrested on the charge of simple assault and battery on the 1000 block of Oriana Road June 16.

Lloyd N. Stone, 42, was arrested on the charge of being drunk in public and using profane language on the 400 block of Wayer Street June 16.

Patricia E. Blue, 45, was arrested on the charge of concealment, price-altering merchandise less than $200 on the 800 block of Merrimac Trail June 16.

Alayne E. Smith, 32, was arrested on the charges of simple assault and battery and destruction of property on the 100 block of Freedom Boulevard June 16.

Brandy N. Morris, 18, was arrested on the charge of being drunk in public and using profane language on the 5000 block of Victory Boulevard June 16.

Donyale E. Brooks, 18, was arrested on the charge of being drunk in public and using profane language on the 5000 block of Victory Boulevard June 16.

Breanna E. Darnell, 19, was arrested on the charge of being drunk in public and using profane language on the 5000 block of Victory Boulevard June 17.

Jacob D. Adcock, 18, was arrested on the charge of possession of marijuana, being drunk in public and using profane language, unlawful purchase and possession of an alcoholic beverage and resisting lawful arrest on the unit block of Fairfield Drive June 17.
